By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service stated below :
GENERAL TERMS:
✦Terms apply to custom commissions only. Commissions placed through VGen are subject to a separate set of Terms of Service.✦I may decline requests that are outside my field or beyond what I am comfortable drawing. Any offensive, inappropriate, or unreasonable requests will be rejected. No nitpicking✦Price list shown is only a base price, please note that the price may increase due to design complexity or extra request. i will not deal with any kind of negotiation.✦Commission will be done within 90 business days after full payment is made. Commission might be delay due to health issue, details & amount of work, slow reply, etc.. I will personally inform you about commission updates.✦No rush commission. I've attached a wait list, and will work according to the wait list! Please expect at least 30 days for the queue!✦Will automatically skip waitlist if i do not receive your response in 3 days. Anyone who attempt to 'skip' their waitlist twice will be drop off from the line.✦Personal information of both parties (including names, address, payment amount) must be kept confidential.✦Minors (under 20 years old) must have appropriate permission from parents or legal guardian to order commission. Artist will not be held responsible for any refund requests, chargebacks, or disputes made by third parties after payment. By proceeding with the commission, the client confirms that they have the authority to make the purchase and agree to the terms stated.USAGE RIGHTS:
✦All commission is for PERSONAL USE only. (unless stated otherwise)
I, the artist, have all rights to use personal-use-commissioned artwork however i want. (advertising, commission samples, edit and use as emotes, etc...)
You, the commissioner, can only post personal use commission in social media & profile pic, with credits and will not edit and monetised the artwork in any ways.✦ Monetized use will be charged extra 50~100%
- monetized usage includes schedule/assets/decos/overlays any kind of promotional intention (where you need to edit or add logos/text etc, promote your own monetized platform and or content)Streaming in private or closed groups is considered personal use, whereas streaming on public platforms or groups that are accessible by public user with monetization option enabled, is considered monetized use. (charity stream is not considered monetized, please reach out beforehand)✦ Commercial merchandising will be charged extra 200%
- Including all monetized use rights, commissioner can directly profit off the commissioned artwork (eg. physical & digital prints/ OC & adopts resell etc...)_NOTE: Please understand that my commissions are not VTuber-exclusive, as I also accept commissions for non-VTubers and personal clients. Therefore, additional charges may apply depending on the intended usage of the artwork. Feel free to reach out for more questions! _PAYMENT TERMS & REFUNDS:
✦No trust no deal.✦Payment via Paypal only, currency: USD$✦All price shown in commission price is in USD and is not tax included. Commissioner will have to pay extra +7% (tax) of total commission price.✦All transaction information will be kept confidential. Including paypal names, address, total price of commission etc...✦Refund requests for reason, including changes of mind, mistaken orders, or personal circumstances will not be accepted.✦Refunds are only available if I failed to deliver the commission. By commissioning me, please allow up to 90 days for completion. Any estimated completion dates provided before then are not guaranteed deadlines. Refunds will not be issued within the 90-day period, even if a shorter timeframe was initially discussed or estimated. If the commission remains undelivered after 90 days (discussed otherwise), refund eligibility may be discussed on a case-by-case basis. By giving a "take your time" option means commissioner agrees to no delivery timeframe! (highly appreciated and will do my best to deliver them as soon as possible!! (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶) .ᐟ.ᐟ <33)✦Payment will do after sketch. Commissioner will have to make full payment (after sketch is approved) to proceed the commission. I will calculate the total payment (including 7% paypal tax), and will send payment link. Commissioner will only need to pay the calculated amount to the Paypal link I provide. You can also request for an invoice if you don't have Paypal accounts. I will only proceed drawing after i have completely received full payment in Paypal balance.✦Commissioner will be notified one-time if i have not receive your payment in7days. And will automatically drop out your commission queue in 14days if i did not receive a proper response. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you need more time on your payment!✦Please and MUST inform me once you have made your transaction! If you don't, It might took me some time to notice your unannounced payment and i will not be responsible for any delays on your work :(✦To prevent mix up transaction, please let me know (your transaction name) after payment is done!✦Any attempt to force a chargeback for completed work will be handled with necessary legal council.REFERENCES & COPYRIGHTS:
✦For adopted OC, please make sure you have completely own the OC before commissioning.✦I will not be responsible for any consequences of copyrighted character, poses, background, items, accessories, pets, emotes, etc provided by commissioner. Please make sure you have full permission from the right owner before providing any references (including fan art request)✦Please make sure your reference details & requests are complete and shown in your reference sheet! (You can also request for changes/edits during the process)
I will not entertain any 'extra' request that were not told before once commission is completed.✦Please provide images/photos in your reference sheet, not words only.✦For all Vtuber/ OC commission, please provide your full OC model FIRST, preferably ref sheet, then fan arts and other references. For fan art commission, please send me an official model design sheet or complete fullbody/halfbody look. Please provide the name of the character and name of anime or game IP.NOTE: DUE TO DIFFERENT ARTISTS HAVE DIFFERENT ART COMPOSITION AND STYLE, ALL FAN ART WILL COME LAST IN PROVIDING REFERENCES. I will not be responsible for any mis-information once Im done with the work.✦And yes, I do character design as well, just provide me your ideas and informations!✦Optional but feel free to provide any of my artwork samples if you want a similar style to be done.I DRAW & I DON'T DRAW:

-Stream layout/panels (only simple kawaii theme)NOTE: I will only draw commissions in my own art style. While I will do my best to accommodate your requests, please understand that some ideas or requirements may not suit my style. I reserve the right to decline a commission or request adjustments to certain elements if they do not fit my artistic approach. T-TREVISIONS:
✦Commissioner are free to request unlimited fixes during sketch phase. However, revisions should stay within the original request and cannot be used to change the character, art style, or other major aspects of the commission.✦Minor revisions are allowed after commission is done (color fix, small detail fix, small rendering clean up...) Excessive revisions, nitpicking, or repeated requests for minor adjustments may be declined. Major changes may incur additional fees.✦Requests that result from unclear references or missing information may incur additional fees.✦Requests based on personal preference, design changes, or indecisiveness may be subject to additional fees or refusal.✦Please note that revision requests may extend the completion timeframe accordingly.♡♡♡Thankyou so much for taking the time to read my TOS!
